AYPIODIER.COM’s General Returns Policy

You can return eligible products within the designated return period if you have received them in a physically damaged condition, if they are missing parts or accessories, if they are defective, or if they differ from the description provided on the product detail page of www.aypiodier.com

 

Return will be processed only if:

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

The product is not different from what was shipped to you;

The product is returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

In certain situations, products may not be eligible for return, particularly in cases of buyer’s remorse. This includes instances where the incorrect model or color of the product was ordered or if the wrong product was ordered altogether.

Items labeled as “non-returnable” on the product description page are not eligible for returns. Nevertheless, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are committed to offering a complete refund or a suitable replacement. In such cases, we may reach out to you to gather information about the damage or defect before proceeding with the refund or replacement process. Please note that we retain the right to collect the product in question to verify the reported damage or defect prior to issuing a refund or replacement.

Returning an eligible order typically does not require any additional information unless otherwise stated in the category-specific policy. In most cases, you can proceed with the return process without any extra requirements.

Product replacements are contingent upon the availability of the exact same item in our inventory.

In the event that a replacement request is submitted and we do not have the precise item in our inventory, a refund will be promptly issued to you.

AYPIO DIER retains the right to caution, suspend, block, or terminate customer accounts as necessary if it is discovered that customers are misusing the return policy through excessive returns, cancellations, or refusal to accept placed orders.

Prime eligible items and customer can be replaced at no extra cost through our Online Returns Centre provided the following conditions are met.

Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?

Prime eligible items and customers are eligible for free replacements. If an eligible item is out of stock at the same time, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.

What are the conditions for Free Replacement?

Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is physically damaged;
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories;
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on aypiodier.com; or
  • Item received are defective / does not work properly.

 

Note:

A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.

If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.

If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.

A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for pre-paid transactions.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within refund time period given below.

Please note that refunds will not be issued in cash. In exceptional cases, refunds may be processed via paper cheque.

In the event that the payment method used for your purchase (such as a credit or debit card) is no longer valid, a refund will be issued through a demand draft. This ensures that you receive the refund amount even if the original payment method is no longer accessible.

In the event that we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, a refund will be issued to you through a demand draft. This ensures that you receive the refund amount despite the payment issue.

We will send you an email requesting you to call us and provide your name and address where you would like the demand draft to be sent. Once we receive these details from you, the refund will be initiated promptly.

 

Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders:

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed by transferring the refund amount to your bank account through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).

If you prefer to receive the refund for a Pay on Delivery order in your bank account, please provide us with the details of your bank account via email.

 

Exclusions

We cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
