c. For Bulk / Wholesale Order

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through bank transfers, UPI, Cards, PayPal and other mutually agreed-upon methods. All transactions are conducted in the Indian currency specified.
  • Invoice and Payment Schedule: Invoices will be issued upon delivery. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate billing information. A 50 % deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due 02 days before the scheduled delivery date. For larger orders, a structured payment schedule may be arranged.
  • Late Payments: A late payment fee of 0.15% per day may be applied for payments received after the due date. Continuous late payments may result in a temporary hold on future orders until outstanding payments are settled.
  • Order Confirmation and Production Commencement: Production will commence upon receipt of the initial payment as specified in the invoice. Orders are processed in the sequence of payment receipt.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: Orders canceled before production starts may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to incurred costs. No refunds will be provided for orders canceled after production commences. All bank charges or fees associated with the payment are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Pricing and Currency: Prices are fixed as per the agreement unless otherwise specified. All transactions are conducted in Indian Currency (INR) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In the case of currency fluctuations, any additional costs will be borne by the buyer.

  • Orders are shipped within 0-2 working days or as per delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to courier/transportation company or post office norms. 'AYPIO DIER' or 'A.D.I LEATHER ZONE' or 'www.aypiodier.com' or 'we' are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier/transportation company or postal authoritis within 0-2 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time if order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
